How to stop these being photocopied?

Consider stapling your business card to the flyer or arrange for some stickers to be printed on the flyer saying free coffee. Keep in mind this isn't a bulk letterbox drop, it's purely just for the street or building. People won't always remember a 'Just Listed' letter, but they will remember the agent who bought them a coffee who was asking for nothing in return.
