Notification of routine inspection

Dear Tenants Name, 

NOTIFICATION OF ROUTINE INSPECTION - FULL PROPERTY ADDRESSS

As part of our service to our landlords, we conduct bi-yearly routine property inspections. This is a requirement of our agreement with the Landlord to ensure that you are maintaining the property well, but also an opportunity for you to report any issues or repairs that may require attention. 

Your upcoming inspection is scheduled for:

4/03/2025, between 9am and 4.30pm.

You are not required to be present during this inspection. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and if you are not available to provide access, we will use our office set of keys to attend in your absence. 

We trust you understand we can't commit to an exact time, but will endeavour to meet all requests where possible. Do note that photos will be taken of the property and sent only to the Landlord in a report form, so I ask that you ensure the property is clean and presentable.
